Franck Pascal has a background in engineering and was trained in the army on chemical warfare and its effects on humans. When he took over the family vineyard he was shocked to see similarities in the chemicals commonly used in vineyards and how they destroy the health of the vines. He decided to get rid of them altogether and now works biodynamically.
Pascal is passionate about the connection between healthy soil, strong, healthy vines & high quality wine. His champagne is vibrant, fresh & complex.
