Mark and Laura Smith grow only about 1 ha of vines on a 2 ha slope in in Turnastone, Herefordshire. They made the move to organic agriculture in 2018 and are passionately focusing on sustainable farming methods, working by hand and keeping things simple in the winery.


The Col Fondo takes inspiration from traditional Prosecco production - a second fermentation is sparked by a little grape juice, and the sediment is left in for a cloudy, natural style.
