Will & Anna Chamers are some of our most local cider makers, making a small range of traditional devonian ciders & apple juice on their family farm in Cheriton Fitzpaine near Crediton. Will recently let us know the St Jude went really well with his 2019 Vintage, and we couldn't agree more! This delicate soft cheese, made with raw milk in Suffolk, has savoury, slighlty grassy notes that pair so well with the zesty, funky fruit of the cider.
