From an old family of winemakers in Alsace, going back to the 1770s. This is a quintessential taste of the region with an aromatic blend of Riesling, Gewurtztraminer, Sylvaner and Auxerrois (amongst others) aged on the fine lees for 7 months in foudre, and bottles unfiltered and without the use of any additives.
