Gut Oggau is a biodynamic estate located on Lake Neusiedl in the Austrian province of Burgenland. It is run by Stephanie and Eduard Eselböck-Tscheppe, who are enthusiastic members of the Demeter Association and totally focused on quality,  processing the grapes as gently as possible in order to let each wine reach its full potential. All their wines are vineyard-specific, and each bottle comes with a fictional family character - complete with imagined personality - to express both the vine age and character of the terroir.

"The big sister of Atanasius, Theodora is serious, complex and intellectual with freshness, depth and body." 35 years old vines. Grapes are hand-harvested, two hours of maceration before being pressed, fermentation and ageing in wooden barrels.
