Jurgen Gouws makes wine in the Swartland region of South Africas Western Cape, using organically grown grapes from dry farmed vineyards. The Kedungu is whole bunch fermented and matured in old French oak barrels for 9 months. It is rich with ripe fruit notes and good structure. Goes very well with game.
