This is a great table wine- delicious, drinkable & versatile with food. It is aged only in steel and has nothing added at all -  just 100% fermented grape juice.


Angiolino Maule is one of the founding figures of natural farming and wine-making in Italy. He has been doing both since the late 1980’s and is now assisted by his two sons, Francesco and Alessandro. Only naturally produced plant compost is used in the vineyards (produced on site), diseases are controlled with herbal preparations, and cereals & legumes are incorporated into the vineyards too.
