Hard Rain, made from the second pressing of apples with the addition of water, is a modern interpretation of an old historic drink, ciderkin.

This is a super refreshing beer/cider hybrid. Cascade – a UK version of the US classic – brings plentyof citrus, whilst the Bramling Cross lends a leafy note and subtle berry fruit. The Dabinet, strong of personality, the very essence of appley-ness, marries well with the hops and overall, it becomes basically a bonedry, fresh and racy shandy!

Contains naturally occurring sediment. Store upright, chill well and pour gently.

Progressive and experimental cider-makers James and Susanna Forbes have become an essential part of the resurgent interest in fine cider & perry.  Inspired by wine-making techniques, using natural techniques and caring for their environment, they were named ‘2019 Cider Producer of the Year’ by the Hereford Times. They make ciders & perries with character & structure that go especially well alongside a meal.
