The Orange Cider got its name after James & Susanna realised it tasted like an orange wine! It is made from a blend of apples with a small portion of perry pears, all pressed together and co-fermentid in tank, then racked into French ex-white wine barrels for six months.

Progressive and experimental cider-makers James and Susanna Forbes have become an essential part of the resurgent interest in fine cider & perry.  Inspired by wine-making techniques, using natural techniques and caring for their environment, they were named ‘2019 Cider Producer of the Year’ by the Hereford Times. They make ciders & perries with character & structure that go especially well alongside a meal.
