Martin Berkeley makes cider in Pilton, Somerset. He specialises in the traditional English method of keeving, making naturally sweet, naturally sparkling ciders without added yeasts or sugar. He uses apples from traditional cider orchards in and around Pilton, and ferments slowly in his cool, Victorian cellar.
2014 was a particularly good year with lots of sunshine, making this vintage very special.
