We're excited to be hosting Wilding Cider at Pullo! It will be a night of cider tasting, cheese, snacks & conversation, plus inevitably some inspiration for what to put on your Christmas table and gift boxes this year! 
Sam & Beccy of Wilding Cider used to run the brilliant restaurant Birch in Bristol, and are now growing organic vegetables & making cider in Chew Magna in Somerset - in turn supplying some of the best restaurants around. All their ciders are completely free of additives, relying instead on natural processes to achieve a range of styles from moreish & fruity medium - sweet ciders to crisp sparkling celebration ciders. This is a great opportunity to hear about their approach and taste some brand new releases, too.


Our Wednesday tastings are relaxed group events where we open a range of wines or ciders to explore a theme, region or style. We usually taste 5 bottles, with some snacks available too. The tasting itself will typically take about 1.5 hours, with questions afterwards. After the tasting you're welcome to stay for more chat, drinks & nibbles if you'd like (closing 10pm).
