Each varietal for this wine independently goes through spontaneous fermentation in steel tank. Ageing of the wine takes place over 3 years in barriques for the Merlot and Tonneaux or Grande Botti for the Pinot Nero and Marzemino. After blending the wine is rested in the cellar for one year before release.
