The Sparkenhoe cheeses are made by the Clarke family in Nuneaton on the border of Leicestershire & Warwickshire. Inspired by the old traditions of Stilton style cheeses in the area, this blue cheese has a dense, creamy texture & a savoury taste with delicate blue veining.
