Martin Berkeley makes cider in Pilton, Somerset. He specialises in the traditional English method of keeving, making naturally sweet, naturally sparkling ciders without added yeasts or sugar. He uses apples from traditional cider orchards in and around Pilton, and ferments slowly in his cool, Victorian cellar.
The Tamoshanta is aged in old whisky barrels. A favourite at Pullo that goes very well with cheese!
