This Cemembert-style cheese is made in Basingstoke, Hampshire, with milk from a single herd of cows from a local farm. It has classic truffley & vegetal flavours and an indulgent, oozy paste. Unlike a traditional Normandy Camembert make, where the milk is skimmed for butter-making, all of the fat goes into a Tunworth, giving it a rich, fudgy character. This looks great whole on the Christmas table, and is lovely baked too!
