Chava & Bill run their cidery, apple & pear orchard, tree nursery and smallholding in the Cambrian Mountains, mid - Wales. They are currently trialling over 450 varieties of apple and pear trees in their high altitude orchard.


All the ciders are made naturally from 100% fruit juice fermented with native yeast and bottled without any additives whatsoever. The ciders are aged for a minimum of 6 months and up to 2 years before release. They are delicious to drink now or will age beautifully in a cellar for another couple of years to further to develop in flavour.
