Made by Tom & Clare Noblet in east Cumbria, using raw milk straight from the milking, this is Wensleydale like it used to be made. It has a more supple texture than you might associate with a Wensleydale, with yoghurty & buttery notes. Subtle but complex, and not a cranberry in sight!
