A collaboration between Yallah Coffee & Chocolarder, one of the few bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the country. Using just cocoa powder (produced in Cornwall using Peruvian Ashanika and Madagascan Sambirano beans) and unrefined sugar, together they've created a drinking chocolate with wonderful flavour, depth and complexity.


The beans are bought directly from source (at well above market rates) and the Peruvian cargo is shipped via sail to reduce carbon emissions.
