A new approach to our yearly celebration of Gamay!  A popup collaboration from local chef, Josh Stanbury, celebrating classic French regional cuisine with the first wines of the 2025 harvest.  
 
Josh is a local chef from Dartmoor, formerly of Emilia in Ashburton and the Chagford Inn, he has also done stints in some top restaurants in London and Australia.  Having grown up on a hill farm he has a passion for local and sustainable produce, creating dishes that are inspired by classic cooking with modern twists.
 
 
Thursday 20th November - 6pm/8.15pm
£47.50 per person - this includes all food for the evening and a welcome drink of Nouveau.
Booking is for a two hour slot.
