Domaine Les Bruyères began life in 1955, run then by Georges Reynaud, who planted 20 hectares of vines in Beaumont-Monteux, on a gentle slope by the banks of the Isère River. having inherited the vineyard from his grandfather, David Reynauld started making his own wines rather than selling to the local cooperative, then took production organic in 2003, then biodynamic in 2005. Now considered one of the top 5 producers within the AOC, David concentrates on gentle extractions to retain fresh, juicy flavours in his wines. Concrete is used in fermentation and aging so as to not overpower or obstruct these flavours.  A wonderfully quaffable wine - perfect for lazy Sundays and roast dinners.
