In a departure from our previous one-night pop-ups we have a month-long residency by David Knapman.

Friday and Saturday evenings will be a collaborative night between Pullo and Doucet as David prepares to open his new restaurant, Doucet, in Exeter later this year.

David has spent the past 15 years working in some of the world’s finest kitchens, most recently as Chef Pâtissier at the 3-Michelin star Maison Lameloise in Burgundy. Before that he was at Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck for six years, leaving as Senior Sous Chef. Throughout his career he has also taken the opportunity to learn about many different cuisines by completing stages at top restaurants in Europe, the USA, Australia and Japan. David is also a massive wine nerd so his travels weren’t limited to kitchens but cellars and vineyards as well and just like us, he is a huge fan of the craft cider revolution taking place in the south west. At Doucet his aim will be to showcase the fantastic produce in our region - find out more about David and Doucet at www.doucet.co.uk.

Booking fees will be refunded against the bill on the night.

Space will be kept free for a limited number of walk-ins each evening too so do feel free to rock up and grab a spot on the spur of the moment too!
