This May tasting is a special one - a collaboration between our local cidermakers Find & Foster, and London restaurant Ducksoup, who will be opening their new little wine and food spot called Emilia, in Ashburton later this year. Tom Hill and Clare Lattin of Ducksoup will cook a menu of 4 small plates and Find & Foster's Polly Hilton will be serving up ciders to match each dish, including brand new releases.
Ducksoup has been serving up seasonal plates & natural wine in London’s Soho since it opened in 2011. A cosy place with an ever changing menu based around simple cooking with the best ingredients the season has to offer. In late spring, they’re opening a small spot in Ashburton and we cannot wait!
Find & Foster are based just outside Exeter in Huxham. They manage old traditional orchards that would otherwise fall into ruin, with a focus on preserving rare Devon apple varieties and crafting beautiful ciders in a range of styles to showcase the varying characteristics of these sometimes forgotten varieties.
Wednesday 4th of May - 6pm/8pm
£45/person - this includes four small plates & 4 glasses of cider.
Booking is for a two hour slot

For bookings of 3 people or more please note our shop is small and seating is mainly along the counters on bar stools. There is one small table in the window that will seat 4 people.
Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event - tickets are non-refundable after this time. Ticket holders must be 18 or over. Please note space is limited and social distancing will not be possible.
