Pick your selection of items and we'll pack them neatly in a cardboard gift box complete with ribbon & gift tag. The box is approximately 29x34x9 cm. All packaging is recyclable and/or compostable. 


Please note if ordering cheese: Cut cheeses are best eaten within a week of purchase. Local deliveries are available but we cannot currently ship cheese across the UK. Please leave us a note if you have a preferred date for delivery and we will do our best to match it. If collection for our shop on Fore Street - your gift box will be ready for pick up the next opening day or you can let us know a preferred collection date.

Gift wrapping

  • We consider your satisfaction with our products and service to be of utmost importance. With this in mind if you are dissatisfied with the purchase you have made or the service you have received, please contact us immediately on hello@pullo.shop or 01392757893.

    In the unlikely event that your product is damaged on arrival or if the wrong product has been delivered to you, please contact us and we will arrange for collection and exchange or reimbursement. We will reimburse you within 14 days from the date you notify us, once the items have been collected, returned to us and inspected.

    Unfortunately from time to time wines or ciders may arrive out of condition, usually due to defective closures or any number of possible naturally occurring faults. If you find a bottle where you believe this is the case please contact us immediately.

    You may wish to cancel your order for whatever reason after it arrives. In which case you may do so within 7 working days from receiving the order, provided the bottles are unopened, intact and in their original packaging (which must still be in its original condition). Once the goods are collected and inspected, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product minus a surcharge for collection. If you fail to make the goods available for collection within 14 days of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.

  • Please note Christmas deliveries are made on Monday 20/12 within a 10 mile radius of Exeter only. If you wish you can let us know a preferred delivery time (AM/PM) and we'll try our best to match it. We won't be able to deliver on another day. If delivery on this day does not suit you can collect in store between 15-24th of December (during opening hours)

    Before 15/12 normal delivery opyions apply:

    Delivery within a 10 mile radius of Exeter only. Deliveries typically take 1-3 working days depending on delivery option. We charge £2-3.50 for delivery depending on distance. We offer free delivery on orders over £150

    Orders can be collected from our shop on Paris Street free of charge during opening hours.

    After placing your order we will contact you to confirm a delivery time. If you cannot be in for the time suggested, please let us know immediately so we can reschedule. If you are not in at the agreed time and we need to redeliver, further delivery charges may apply.

    If you have not heard from us 24 hours after placing your order, please contact us on hello@pullo.shop. If your order does not show up at the time agreed, please contact us straight away so we can find out the whereabouts of your order.

    Someone over the age of 18 must be present to receive the order. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 we will ask for ID on delivery.

    Please note, we can only deliver to UK addresses with a postcode. We are not able to delivery to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.
