Formerly 'flying winemakers' working across France, Chile, New Zealand, Australia and Greece, Niels and Penny returned to their native South Africa to settle in the Bot River valley to produce wines with a simple premise - dont mess around with the grapes.
Consistently generous in their approach, the wines are bold expressions of this hot climate aged in a mixture of oak barrels (old and new french and hungarian) for years to relax tannins and increase the mouthfeel of the finished wines.
