A wine born of the region.   The Benevento IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protetta) is a wine designation from the Benevento province in the Campania region of southern Italy.  Benevento IGP wines are known for their diversity, encompassing a range of varietals including Aglianico, Falanghina, and Greco, among others. These wines often exhibit rich flavors, balanced acidity, and a strong connection to the local traditions and landscapes of Campania, making them a prized choice for wine enthusiasts seeking authentic Italian wines

Simone Giacomo is a small scale producer farming 11 acres of land (8 to vines and 2 to olive groves) in organic conversion.  The land stands on tuff bedrock (compressed volcanic ash) attributable to the volcanic activities of Roccamonfina, Campi Flegrei and Somma - Vesuvius.

Made from Aglianico and Sangiovese this is a wine for those that enjoy a quintessential 'Italian' table wine - just natural, organic and sulphite-addition free too!
