Come join us for a special tasting exploring wines from across the country of Georgia on Thursday 23rd April from 6.30pm.
Often referred to as the birthplace of wine, Georgia holds a special place in the hearts of the winemaking world. With a vast array of indigenous grape varieties and techniques of wine-making largely left untouched by modernism until the end of the cold war, Georgia has maintained itself as a place of inspiration and a reference point for the natural wine world.
Our tastings are relaxed group events where we open a range of wines or ciders to explore a theme, region or style. We usually taste 5-6 bottles, with some snacks available too. The tasting itself will typically take about 1.5 hours starting at 6.30pm with questions afterwards. After the tasting you're welcome to stay for more chat, drinks & nibbles if you'd like (closing 10pm).
