Join us for a fun night of tasting as we host Roberto Zeno, winemaker and owner of Enoz Wines in Roccamonfina, Campania.  We've stocked Roberto's wines ever since they first arrived in the UK, beguiled by their honest expression of the region.
 
Roccamonfina is Campania's older and considerably less famous volcano, having only just one eruption in its history over 350,000 years ago it has a long history of human habitation and agriculture on its fertile slopes, especially viticulture.  Roberto is trying to capture some of this history and sense of place in his wines, fermenting and ageing wines in amphora and working with the heritage grapes of the region such as Falanghina, Fiano and Primitivo.  The wines Roberto makes are true expressions of the terroir, pure and delicious.

Our tastings are relaxed group events where we open a range of wines or ciders to explore a theme, region or style. We usually taste 5-6 bottles, with some snacks available too. The tasting itself will typically take about 1.5 hours starting at 6.30pm with questions afterwards. After the tasting you're welcome to stay for more chat, drinks & nibbles if you'd like (closing 10pm).
